摘要:

分析比较了现有典型定点截短算法的性能和优缺点,提出了一种联合考虑上溢出和下溢出的基于代价函数的自适应定点截短算法,其性能优于其他截短算法,接近于穷举法;时间复杂度大大低于穷举法,与其他截短算法相仿. 该算法被用于开发基于叠加码的广播通信系统硬件平台中,其有效性在软件仿真和硬件平台上得到了验证.

Abstract:

In digital wireless communication systems, to reduce the complexity of channel decoding, the soft information always needs to be intercepted as fixpoint information before channel decoding. Upoverflow and downoverflow will be happened during the interception process, and then two kinds of system performance degradation will be occured. Based on joint consideration about these two kinds of overflow, a new adaptive fixpoint information interception method is suggested, so that the system performance will show better than those existed methods and even near to the exhaust algorithm, with high time efficiency. This method is verified by simulations, and then successfully applied to on a broadcast communication platform based on superposition coding.
